Budgets and Agents
Xpense ships v3.0.0 in July and turns up on Made In Ethiopia as V4 by September, while ethio-receipt-parser starts adding more banks. Equib Manager is selected as a Top 3 project in August. In September its Agent Portal goes to production, with waitlisted agents getting their logins.
