Mike is a founder who, with their cofounder, has shipped 7 products and gotten into Founders Inc in San Francisco. Now they are building RAVN, which launched in May 2026 and was accepted into Antler in September with $400K in funding. RAVN describes itself as an autonomous runtime optimization engine that makes robots faster, and in October Mike announced a new pivot: making robots heal themselves. On the side, they built a loans site in September.

How they work

Mike plans the architecture and lets AI type the code, then reviews it; in October 2026 they moved from Cursor to Codex and now lean on Claude. Work happens in long, tracked lock-ins: 18 straight hours on Rize, a 10-hour session on Nuzz, and a day of 76 commits on one repo. Posting peaks at hour 21, and regular SMA rounds let followers ask anything.

    Countdown to RAVN

Mike launched RAVN in May 2026 with a 40-minute countdown and a promise that it was built with real intent. A longer post that day said they and their cofounder had already shipped 7 products and gotten into Founders Inc in San Francisco.

    Lock-in summer

Summer was about locking in with other builders: late-night grinding with the squad, the #lockinmaxxingg hashtag, and a floated basketball match for devs. Mike also ran SMA days where followers could ask anything.

    New year, new raise

Around Ethiopian New Year, RAVN was accepted into Antler with $400K in funding and went up on Hall of Fame. The team pitched RAVN to robotics and physical AI teams as a way to make robots lightning fast. Later that month Mike built a loans site and had it live by the end of September.

    Founder mode, Singapore edition

October brought full founder mode: a 10-hour lock-in on Nuzz, coaching for people in tech and startups, and a new RAVN pivot toward robots that heal themselves. From Singapore, Mike started sharing founder lessons too, from validating ideas before building to planning deeply so the AI follows your architecture.
