Mahi's Diary
A dev diary that keeps count: numbered Dev_Diary entries, exam-week rules and the days of a 90-day challenge.
Hello there 🙌 Here , I share my journey in tech and other skills,self-improvement,faith-wise,my hobbies including music, movie, books and random thoughts No perfection, just progress📈
Mahi's Diary opened its dev diary in April 2026 with Dev_Diary #0, picking HTML, CSS and JavaScript back up. Entries log calendar code that finally started making sense, a digital clock project and a run through Python basics. Around the code come numbered exam-season rules, book talk on the Throne of Glass series and, over the summer, a 90-day accountability challenge. Lately it averages 27.2 posts a week, mostly in English with a share of Amharic.
- 30 weeks in a row with at least one post, and the streak is still running.
- The word it uses most is "day".
- The average text post runs 255 characters.
The journey.

Dev_Diary, take two
The channel opened its dev diary with Dev_Diary #0, picking HTML, CSS and JavaScript back up. By entry #26 the calendar code finally started making sense, and a digital clock project followed. Next came a Python PDF from variables to dictionaries, worked through by reading, asking AI when stuck and doing at least five exercises.

Ninety days, together
The channel co-hosted the 90-Day Summer Growth Challenge, where members shared a daily plan and submitted proof of progress. Day counters like Day 54/90 tracked the run, and the eight-book Throne of Glass series got finished along the way. It wrapped up in late September with a thank-you note to the challenge family.

Not perfect. Just real progress.
Slowly realizing that understanding comes after struggling with the code for a while, not instantly.
