The Dual Journey follows two paths at once: medicine and programming. It opened in March 2026 with daily logs through AppBrewery's 100 Days of Python and CS50, and in May shipped PixelGebeta, a habit tracker built around a GitHub-style pixel grid. Over the summer it co-hosted a 90-day level-up challenge, and between logs it shares short #Randomthoughts reflections.

The journey.

  1. Mar – Apr 2026

    Day 1 (Again)

The channel opened on March 31 to log learning programming from zero next to pre-med studies. Daily logs ran AppBrewery's 100 Days of Python and CS50 side by side, with small builds like a Tkinter miles-to-kilometers converter.

Bugs, APIs and a Pixel Grid

May brought stubborn bugs: a Twilio SMS project that would not send and a course API that seemed to have changed since it was taught. Then on May 19 the channel shipped PixelGebeta, a habit tracker that turns daily consistency into a pixel grid.

  3. Jun – Jul 2026

    Level Up in 90 Days

After finals, the channel teamed up with Digital Grind and Devdiary on a 90-day summer challenge open to any field, kicking off June 28. Logs shifted to linear algebra and math for machine learning, plus a progress-tracking bot that began as vibe coding and turned into learning from each bug.

    New Term, New Pages

Late summer brought the channel's first #writing pieces. Pre-clinical classes began in September, the challenge closed with an honest recap (8 of 13 planned learning weeks done), and late October brought an anonymous Q&A and talk of reviving #DailyLog.

In their own words.

I found myself fascinated by it and learning from each bug. Yemr the best way to learn is building a project.
